As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Faulconer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Faulconer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- People oriented.
- Able to learn computer functions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
